NWOT Perry Walker dress size xs

This dress is beautiful. MIDI length. Fully lined. So cute. Doesn’t fit so have to sell it :(. Never worn but took the tag off. Purchased from South Moon under. Adjustable straps. Third picture shows the back where is has the elastic so it has some give to it. 28 inch bust. But def stretchy.
