NWOT, never used. Came with a crease in the cover and a couple of spots where the interior magnets are (see photos) that may work out over time with use. I tried to steam it, but it is a little stubborn. Other than that, this seems like a great diaper bag and would be easy to clean messes off of. Wear as backpack or over the shoulder, built in changing pad would be so convenient. Exterior side pockets are insulated.
