NWOT Philippe Asymmetrical Dress

This asymmetrical dress is the most unique shape! One shoulder has a long draping piece that can be styled many different ways. My favorite is wrapping it over the shoulders like a scarf. Condition is new without tags. I had to really over expose these photos in an attempt to show that it is actually a very dark green. It is *almost* black, but in bright light or against true black fabric, it is clear that it's not quite. Manufacturer calls this color "Eastern green."
