NWOT Pinup girl dress

Adorable! Brand new pinup girl or rockabilly halter dress. The brand is Hearts & Roses. It is a size 10 but with the elastic ruching on the back it can fit up to a 14. It zips up the left side and the zipper is fully hidden. Red with sailor Jerry style motif. The dress is lined, with black tulle edging filling out the bottom of the dress. Black wide ribbon belt ties around the middle for a nice finishing look. Length of skirt from waist to hem is 18”.
