NWOT Pirate Circle Swing Skirt

Ahoy Matey! This fun pirate themed skirt would be a great addition to your clothing collection. I intended to wear it to Disney's Dapper Day, DisneyBounding the Pirates of Carribean theme, but never made it out there.
