NWOT. Pleather skirt

Waist is 13.5" with a bit of stretch, and length is 17 inches. Great for winter! Layer with some opaque tights and some heels and you're good to go! Make a statement with this skirt! There are grommet details on the bottoms so definitely get creative and lace em up if you want! Bought these but never got to wear them, and now they don't fit me😣. No brand.
