Super cute. This blue summer dress has great details on the bodice, a tulle under layer and a beautiful floral pattern. New, without tags. Condition is very good. There is one spot under the left armpit that has a stitch or 2 pulled out. Not noticeable but could be an easy fix. Never worn. Size 0, unzipped at the top in photos because it is too small for the mannequin. Zipper works fine.
