NWOT Plus Size Embroidered Dress

New without tags blue dress with beautiful embroidered detail. V-Neck style with nice seaming under busy. Flowy sleeves that would fall mid-shoulder. Two hidden pockets and a ruffle on the bottom. Elastic in back for a comfy fit. The skirt is lined so it hangs very nice. Size 3X however it runs slightly small in my opinion.
