NWOT! Polka dot skirt

NWOT! Super cute pink/peach colored skirt with navy polka dots. Has an elastic waist band and exposed zipper in back. Fully lined. Material is slightly pleated below waist band giving it a flowy look. Size is a large but fits more like a medium in my opinion. Width across waist band when flat is about 14". Length from top of waist band to hem is 20". Hits right at my knee and I'm 5'1.
