NWOT RARE Eliza J dress Small

Hello, I have had this brand new (tag fell off last month) Eliza J dress for a while. I have never worn it even though it is beautiful (I own a lot of dresses). I need to clear out my closet and have decided to let this piece go. It is beautiful and high quality. It’s a Periwinkle blue, so perfect for any season. I’ve tried finding this dress online for over a year and have had NO success. It is a rare one and the original price was $145. SIZING: Small. Is states it is a size 4 but can easily fit a size 8 (the material is slightly stretchy). Happy shopping!
