This dress features a small floral design on a pretty blue base, a relaxed A-Line cut, off the shoulder sleeves, halter neck tie, ruffle detailing on the sleeves and a chiffon like fabrication that offers a good amount of movement. The dress is fully lined, except for the sleeves. This dress is so cute and feminine, but I’ve never reached for it so it’s just been in my closet taking up space, lol.
