NWOT Rachel Pally Wrap Dress

Bought for a wedding but weather changed. Never worn. True wrap with ability to adjust based on amount of chest coverage you want. True to size. Ruffle detail at edges, 3/4 length sleeves. Would be great for a fall wedding in a warmer climate with the color scheme. Approx 36” long. Smoke free, dog friendly home.
