NWOT Real Love 14/16 tropical dress

This adorable dress is reposhed (though new w/out tag), because sadly it didnt fit me well. It's a 14/16, but I'd put it closer to 14. The waist is elastic and has some give but the fabric itself doesn't stretch (so a large bust may have issues with this). It's 100% polyester.
