New without tags. Rebecca Malong brand women’s puffer vest is a dark brick orange color with a microfiber finish o the outside. It is labeled XL but please go by these measurements as it appears larger to me: Bust of 47”, hemline/waist of 50” and overall length of 27” measured at center back. This sleeveless vest feature a small collar and full front zipper. No pockets. All polyester fabrics so easy care.
