NWT** I recently moved and the tags must have come off when they packed the dress! I promise this has never been worn and is 100% brand new. ** Absolutely breathtaking!! Perfect condition. So detailed- over 300 handmade French knots of garland. Lacquer-red plisse with gorgeous sheer pleating which adds amazing movement to the dress. Never worn.
