NWOT Red Sparkle Ombré Flats

These are a great, brand-new never worn pair of flats. They are sparkly all over, cherry red at the toe fading to deep black/maroon in the back. They would make a great pair of Ruby Slippers or a good Fall dressy staple! I bought them at Payless and just never wore them.
