dmcmcc @mandyy0589 in general I would say Reformation runs TTS, BUT with this top I would be wary of the sleeves! The shoulders/torso would fit you great for sure, but I'm 5'5" and currently somewhere around 125 and the most tapered part of the sleeves wasn't loose enough for my taste. I'll post a pic of it on in a bit since it sounds like we're about the same size!
