This is a brand new, cute, without tag, Romeo & Juliet Couture Maxi Halter Dress, Size M. V-neckline, 100% polyester. Never worn as I thought it was cute when first purchased, but realized it’s not for me due to my height (I’m 5’ but barely touches the ground so it is a perfect length for someone my height! Has a hi-low hem. About 50” from strap to the bottom of the dress, and about 19.5” across the chest.
