NWOT Royal blue long sleeve romper

Stretchy material, probably made of a mix including spandex, never worn. I thought I was going to keep it, so I removed all the labels and cannot remember the brand :( But its super cute with a cutout in the back and a small cutout in the front. Very flirty and fun.
