NWOT Ruffle collar brown sleeveless dress - Size 4

Super cute vintage inspired fitted dress with large ruffles adorning the neckline. Dark brown dress is US Size 4 and has a good bit of stretch. Nice thick fabric will hug your curves, but won’t cling. Hits just above the knee on someone who’s 5’4”. NWOT.
