NWOT- Runaway: red off shoulder mini dress

Never worn - brought from boutique and can’t take back because I took tags off intending to wear it one night. Beautiful and fun off shoulder red mini dress. Ties around the front. I’m 5’2 and the length came to middle of my thigh. It’s not too short but definitely not to my knees.
