nkstark @kciocca yes! I’m a size 0 as well/ a 24-25 in jeans or other pants, and the waist on these fit great.. The material they are made of is extremely soft/ super stretchy so they could probably work for several different body types, yogi’s alike☺️ The waist can ALSO be folded over in different way/ styles so they are meant fir whatever you feel best in - hope that helps!

nkstark @kciocca hey love! They do fold down. It definitely not to the length of a mini skirt - plus you can control how/ where the fold sits on your body and scrunch the fold up or down as needed
