NWOT Sage and Black Long Dress Small

New without tags sage colored dress with black dots, length falls to my ankles (I'm 5'5" for reference). Gathered high at the waist to create a nice shape, neckline is high with a keyhole sort of cut. Ties at back, but the strings don't adjust in the front, they are sewn in place. Super cute and bought for a beach vacation but didn't end up wearing and now I've gained weight. Shein brand, size small. Lightweight fabric but not sheer / see through so no need for a slip or spanx.
