It’s a thick fabrication that almost looks like croc print! It’s sleeveless but has a stand up type of thick strap. Ties in back for a crisscross look and has a left side zipper with hook n eye closure. It is also lined. This dress is early y2K. Never worn. I was cleaning out my closet and found this treasure!
