NWOT Sheer Tulle dress

Soft tulle with gorgeous embroidered florals gives this dress the perfect feminine grace! Comes with a full black slip underneath. Side slits allow for easy moving/walking. Mid to long length-perfect for heels or flats! One button in the back for closure, with slip on styling. Belt not included, but this is how I intended to wear it! Unfortunately, I was never able to wear it, and since then, this dress has been sitting in my closet! New pristine condition!
