NWOT Shelley Cooper 'Sweet Romance' Layering Silver Necklace

I bought this necklace direct from costume jewelry artist Shelley Cooper for its unique, layering qualities. It's quite long, and easily doubles over on itself. I was not expecting it to be a dull, matte silver though (see pics). As such, although pretty, it's not something I would wear. But for the right person it will become a staple in their jewelry box.
