NWOT Shulami Floral Tiered Halter Dress, size L

Beautiful floral tiered ruffle halter dress by Shulami (purchased at a boutique in Beverly Hills). Size Large. Ties at neck. Fully lined, built-in bra padding. Elastic back - very stretchy so can fit a wide range of sizes. Never worn, in perfect condition. One of the interior hanger straps (most people cut these out anyway) is loose, but was in that condition when purchased and has no impact on the wearability or look of the dress. This looks great with heels, but I love it with cowboy boots!
