What are the measurements and the fabrication?

@cris_tee Hi there-- pics now added. It has a 19" bust and 34" length. The material tag on the inside is absent, but it is softer on the inside (smooth knit feel not fuzzy), and it's like a tweed on the outside. It's perfect for the summer just plain with sandals, and it's perfect for winter with a turtleneck and tights. (I wish it fit me!)
