NWOT Sleeveless button up lightweight top

Super soft and lightweight light blue and white button up sleeveless top. Sleeves are rolled cuff that fall just past the shoulder. Buttons from the bottom, but does not button all the way up am instead has a small mock collar with V-neck shape. Super cute white pattern on light blue background. Brand new never worn.
