NWOT Smiling Button Plaid Dress 2T

Made in USA. I recently purchased this gorgeous dress for the holidays/Christmas from another posher kids boutique, unfortunately it’s tagged a size 4 but it’s way too short for my 3 year old. I do believe this is a true 2T instead since it’s the same length. I love that this is predominately green and not red for the holidays. It’s new without tags, I did wash it to remove the smell from being stored away but it’s never been worn. 100% cotton.
