NWOT Snakeskin and Striped Boutique Top

This is sized small but fits like a large! I am a medium and it is very oversized on me. Neckline is generous so can be worn off the shoulder. SO soft and fun, long enough for leggings but also looks great with jeans. Never worn, in excellent condition.
