Exquisite Sonia Rykiel pink shimmer party dresses in size 8 and 14. The dresses have not been used however they have been altered so there are some visible signs on the size 8 dress where the thread has been unpicked and the size 14 has an additional piece added to the hem which can be removed (please see last two pictures showing these)

What is the flower sticking out of the dress? Can the dress be fully closed so the yellow band doesn’t show?

@nbanbn flower is just for illustration purposes. The yellow band is waistband of the skirt, its buttoned up with the top so isnt seen. I just wanted to provide a complete picture therefore I lifted the top on the picture so you can see the way it looks underneath. Hope that helps!

Thanks! So did you shorten the size 8 and add the fabric to the size 14? Would want to buy the size 8 but trying to figure out if it is shorter than a normal size 8 because of the alterations?

No, the 8 wasn't shortened. The added fabric on the 14 is from another dress.
