NWOT Sotela Luz Top, navy with flowers

Never worn Luz top from now closed, sustainable, woman-owned brand Sotela. This is a lightweight, flowy top. It features a tie at the v-neck which can be left loose or tied into a bow. Sleeves end in gathered elastic. This is a Sotela size 1 which fits like a solid medium in my opinion. It measures 22 inches across and 23 inches from shoulder to hem.
