NWOT Sparkly Ring w Pink Stone and Metallic Studs

NWOT Sparkly Ring with Pink Stone and Metallic Studs. This ring was a gift and it's so pretty, but it only fits my wedding ring finger, so I can't wear it. I don't know anything else about it except that it's only been tried on. I guess it's a size 7 or so because I usually wear an 8 and they fit on my right hand, but this ring doesn't.
