NWOT Speechless Cocktail Dress with Pockets

This strapless cocktail dress is ruched in a crossover pattern in the chest area, and embellished below the chest with blue and silver sequins, rhinestones and seed beads. Hidden away in the gathered material in front are pockets perfect for hiding your favorite lip gloss on a night out on the town. Total length is 28 inches and 20 1/2 inches from the chest down.
