NWOT Statement Black Stilletos

NWOT Black velvety stilettos with velvety mesh upper & sexy zipper up the back. THIS SHOE FITS MORE LIKE A SIZE 38 or 38.5 (8.5 OR 8)!!! They're labeled as 40, but fit smaller than that. I love these shoes but I've never worn them out because they're too small for me & I'm size 39 (9).
