NWOT Sterling silver necklace with sapphire /crystal

This is a gift I received not used. unsure Re the stones but I’m relatively sure that it’s potentially a real sapphire? Not guaranteed. And the stone that looks like a diamond is likely crystal or cubic zirconia? I do know the chain is sterling silver. Will be packed with pouch it came in.
