NWOT Strapless Summer Dress-M

Gorgeous tangerine color strapless sundress. A ruffle down the front with a comfortable elastic back. Great beach dress with flip flops or sandals. Dress up with a wedge or high heel. Pack this on your next tropical vacation. I purchased this at a beach shop in St, Thomas US Virgin Islands. It's a bit too tight in my bust (36.D). The length is 31 1/2" and 13" in chest without stretching it. It stretches to 17" comfortably. 100% cotton.
