NWOT Stretchy Strapless Sequined Mini Dress

Strapless pull on with built in padded bra. Front is sequined in shades of purples, pinks, blues, and teal. Back is black stretch polyester. Completely lined front. Bust is 16.5” stretched and length is 25” from top of bust. Great condition Sz says S but looks like XS.
