NWOT Suzanne Betro women’s cream blouse with a subtle gold thread stripe. V-neck and empire waist cut. Beautiful lace detail on neck and waist. Tassel tie on front (doesn’t cinch, just ties). 3/4 blouson sleeves have elastic on ends. Very lightweight rayon crinkly material that is a bit see-thru. Size is 1X.
