NWOT Suzanne Betro true classic navy off shoulder blouse. Has 2 fun front functioning pockets on bodice. Non-functioning brown buttons down front. Elastic at neckline. Elastic at waist making it an empire fit. Elbow length sleeves with elastic bands. Rayon, kinda crepe like material. Seeing a little twist in the waist elastic on the right side but it’s hidden by the arm (see pic). Size is 1X. Would look great with white bottoms!
