Heavy gold town stretch belt with oval brass toe links connected with a black stretch elastic band. Hook and loop closure. All those measure 2×1.5 inches. Oval buckle measures 3×2.25 inches. This belt can be worn on the hip or the waist. It is vintage, but has never been worn. I had a very high end of boutique that closed years ago.
