NWOT! Swirly Multi Colored I.N.C Tank

Really pretty multi colored swirly pattern I.N.C tank on a silky polyester spandex blend. Great transitional top that can easily be dressed up or down and is perfect for work. Looks good under a blazer or jacket with denim and boots or heels. I bought this for work & never ended up wearing it, in perfect condition. Fits True to size. No trades.
