NWOT (never worn) Betsy & Adam by Lina Bernell formal dress. This is similar in style to those sold now but this is vintage to the Y2K era. Gorgeous dark green color, lustrous fabric, zipper back. Draping across the bust area of the dress, and bow closure. The bottom is wrinkled from storage. Great for a prom or other formal event.

@sophiagoverno hi! Sure thing. The first is armpit to armpit; the second is about where the waist would be; the third is the length from the center of the neckline to hem; and the fourth is the drop on the strap. Hope this helps!
