NWOT - Tahar Side tie ruched pleated sleeve sheath

Most Tahari dresses are rather stiff, this one is soft and relaxed fit. In fact, though it says 4, it is stretch enough to accomodate a 6 without looking odd, and can be tightened and loosened a bit with the side tie to adjust the fit. Back zip. Cool pleated sleeve detail (see pic). Very flattering and more comfy than usual for this brand. NEW item but no tags.
