NWOT Talbots Petites Size 2 Pinstriped Skirt in Navy

This is the absolute darkest that blue can get. I actually thought it was black until I saw the lining, but I have confirmed with younger eyes ;) that it is indeed navy. The hem string isn't even snipped, and it had the original folds, so I'm quite sure it hasn't been worn. It's very professional looking, fully lined in a cool satiny layer, darted backside, and would suit you well in a business or court setting, where you want to look great but be taken seriously. Three pretty, and functional, buttons, which I think is so much more fun than a zipper, giving it just a zing of its own personality.
