NWOT Talbots midi skirt blue w/ white slip under

NWOT Talbots midi skirt. It’s blue with a white liner slip underneath that does hang a little below the blue. Beautiful flowers on top and bottom of skirt. Flowers on the back side as well, just a small portion. It’s 100% cotton.
