NWOT Tangerine frilly and feminine jacket with ruffles and 3/4 length sleeves. This was a gift and sizing must be mismarked, as it is labeled as a Large, but fits like a Medium. Will fit smaller breast sizes (A-B cup) best. So cute, wish wish wish it fit me! Very lightweight. New without tags.
