NWOT Tartanista red tartan 16.5 inch mini skirt, size 12

I ordered this skirt from the UK probably 15+ years ago and i have the terrible habit of putting clothes away in my closet and never wearing them. This one naturally doesn't have a tag attached but it has the original packaging and it's never been worn (a bit too short for me). It's a brilliant thicker mini, perfect for winter. Pleated, tartan. I'm 5'10 and there are 42 inches from my natural waist to the floor. See photos for how this skirt looks on me. I'm currently a size 12. See my other skirts too, they're all new as well. I'm selling my closet to cover my medical bills so I'm asking you kindly, please don't ask me for unreasonable discounts.
