NWOT Tea n Rose Lace skirt with bow detailed lace & pleated style waist. Skirt zips up in the back. I love this skirt because of the bow lace, sadly this has always been too small and will never fit me. Theres a nearly invisible small blemish on the skirt, see the last picture.
